1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues.


2. Shipping Policy

We offer shipping within the United States and selected international destinations.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high demand.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


4. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items include:

  • Final sale items
  • Personalized or customized products

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please contact the shipping provider directly for assistance.


7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping fees.


8. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped.


9. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will resolve the issue promptly.
